Asset Manager Sr Associate
In this newly created position you will report to the VP of Asset Management for the vertical and will act as a mentor for Analysts on the team. Responsibilities include :
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize property performance and value.
- Analyze financial data and create reports to monitor portfolio performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with JV partners, lenders, brokers, and property managers.
- Lead or support refinancing and disposition efforts.
- Collaborate with third party property managers to enhance operational efficiencies and tenant satisfaction.
- Lead lease negotiations and oversee tenant relationships to ensure retention and profitability.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports to stakeholders on portfolio status and key metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and make informed investment decisions.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the property portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and company policies in property operations.

A successful Asset Manager / Sr Associate should have :
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field.5+ years of experience in real estate or private equity.Strong financial modeling and Excel skills.Expertise in residential assets - multifamily, BTR, campus, etc.Familiarity with JV, loan, and property management agreements.Experience with acquisitions, financings, and dispositions preferred.Willingness to travel (~25%).Competitive annual base salary ranging from $130,000 to $160,000 USD.
