job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPerform tasks across all job levels (Green, Yellow, and Red), demonstrating versatility and proficiency. Verify paperwork, materials, and picking tickets for accuracy prior to beginning assembly. Load and unload ovens safely and efficiently as part of the production cycle. Document necessary changes and provide product and process feedback to the group lead; perform basic troubleshooting and communicate findings effectively. Stay informed and maintain general knowledge of ongoing production issues and updates. Conduct inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards. Carry out other duties as assigned to support team and operational needs. High School Diploma or GED required. At minimum 6 months of experience with glass-to-metal seal assembly or comparable small-part assembly. At minimum 1-year previous manufacturing experience. Basic math, reading, and writing skills are essential. Ability to read and interpret product drawings accurately is preferred. Must have good hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail. Ability to handle small parts and operate magnifying lenses and microscopes effectively.

Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Assembler to join our manufacturing team, specializing in the assembly of glass-to-metal seals. The ideal candidate will support production operations by performing precise assembly tasks, ensuring product quality, and maintaining safety and efficiency standards throughout the process.
