Established group - hot spot restaurant in Atlantic Beach, FL - high energy smart / casual is looking for strong Line Cooks with at least 5 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant - 250+ covers a night.

We are looking for a few culinary talents to join our growing team of professional. Only looking for serious people who are hardworking, passionate about food and a culinary experience, enjoy learning and growth their skills. Please, before you apply reread requirements.

Previous culinary experiences with immaculate record track is a must. A deal breaker.

As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and restaurant standards.
• Assist the kitchen team in the preparation and organizing of ingredients for service.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth operation and timely service.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures while adhering to food handling and storage guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff to ensure a smooth flow of service.
