As an In-Home Sales Representative at West Shore Home, you are positioned for success through pre-set appointments with an uncapped base salary plus commission, plus a supportive team and training program to help you advance in your career.
You will report directly to our Sales Manager and be supported by Team Leads, Sales Trainers, Customer Service and Operations professionals, and regional leadership.

What You'll Contribute
In This Role, You Can Expect To
Weeks 1–2 : Monday through Friday, available to begin sales appointments as early as 9 : 00 AM and as late as 7 : 00 PM
Absolutely no cold-calling or lead generation required. All leads are warm and pre-confirmed. You can focus on selling.
