Job Title : Journeyman-Level Intelligence Editor
Location : Offutt AFB, NE
Security Clearance : Top Secret (TS) with SCI eligibility; NC2 / ESI and SAP / STO eligible
Position Summary :
The Journeyman-Level Intelligence Editor will provide expert authoring and editing support for intelligence products focused on strategic forces, adversary order of battle (OB), disposition, capabilities, and doctrine, as well as regional analysis of peer and near-peer adversaries. The position requires specialized knowledge of intelligence production processes, strong editing and analytical skills, and adherence to strict security protocols.
Key Responsibilities :
Author, edit, and review intelligence products, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with IC and DoD standards.
Focus on analysis of strategic forces, OB, disposition, capabilities, doctrine, and / or regional peer and near-peer threats.
Utilize IC and DoD production and management tools such as COLISEUM, e-Task, SharePoint, and USSTRATCOM-specific tasking tools (e.g., TMT).
Collaborate with all-source analysts, production teams, and government personnel to ensure timely delivery of intelligence products.
Maintain strict compliance with classified program requirements, including handling of Top Secret / SCI material and SAP / STO access.
Participate in required travel to CONUS locations to support intelligence production tasks.
Follow USSTRATCOM and DoD cybersecurity and physical security protocols, including in-processing, out-processing, and reporting security concerns.
Qualifications :
Minimum of five years' experience as an all-source analyst or editor producing intelligence products focused on OB, strategic forces, or regional peer / near-peer analysis.
At least five years of specialized training in intelligence analysis, intelligence production, or related fields; 3-5 years of civilian or military experience in intelligence editing preferred.
Proficiency with IC / DoD production management tools; willingness to complete USSTRATCOM-specific tool training.
Strong written communication and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, NC2 / ESI, SAP / STO access, and potentially pass a Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.
U.S. citizenship required.
Travel Requirements :
Approximately four trips per calendar year within CONUS, potentially involving military transportation. All travel must be approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
Security Requirements :
Compliance with DD254, USSTRATCOM security instructions, and applicable DoD security regulations.
Proper handling, safeguarding, and non-disclosure of classified and restricted information.
