TITLE : REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

• Bachelor's degree - four-year degree from accredited reputable institution
• Start-up company experience selling game changing technology
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with sales management
• High level of technical / clinical product knowledge
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must have proven track record of participation leading / teaching at organizational meetings.

COMPENSATION :

Base : 140K VARIABLE COMP 160K total comp-300K at plan uncapped, car allowance, Full expenses, 401K, medical / dental, etc., RSU's at sign on

INTERVIEW PROCESS :

1. Interview with Hiring Director

2. Interview with other sales managers

3. Face to Face interview with Director and potentially VP of Sales

4. Final interview with CCO
