A company is looking for a Vendor & Dispatch Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities :
Schedule subcontractor resources for timely dispatch of service orders based on priority and predetermined schedules
Monitor and respond to subcontractor communications while maintaining accurate service order records
Source and onboard new subcontractors, negotiate labor rates, and ensure complete coverage of dispatch needs
Required Qualifications :
High School Diploma or GED required
Prior experience in dispatching, project coordination, or scheduling preferred
Demonstrated ability to negotiate pricing with subcontractors or vendors
Experience with digital platforms and CRMs preferred
Geographic awareness of U.S. service areas and time zones
