Oaktree's Risk, Reporting & Analytics (RR&A) team is seeking a Vice President to lead and support portfolio construction, risk analysis, and quantitative insight for the firm's U.S. and European High Yield and Senior Loan strategies. The individual will play a central role in developing and interpreting fixed income attribution and risk models, enhancing portfolio analytics infrastructure, and partnering directly with investment teams to deliver actionable insights.
This role requires deep subject matter expertise in leveraged credit markets and a strong understanding of fixed income investment analytics, reporting, and data architecture. The successful candidate will help lead cross-functional efforts across investment, data, and technology teams, and will advocate for the value of quantitative investment strategies throughout the organization.

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MFE, MS, MBA) or CFA preferred.
Base Salary Range : $175,000-$200,000
In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives, a comprehensive benefits package, and a flexible work arrangement. The base salary offered will be commensurate with experience and / or qualifications, industry knowledge and expertise, as well as prior training and education.
