Overview

Role Description : This is a full-time on-site role for an Attorney with Collections / Foreclosure experience, preferably for community associations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include advising clients on legal matters, conducting legal research, representing clients in court, negotiating settlements, and managing foreclosure and collections cases.

Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on legal matters

  • Represent clients in court and conduct bench trials
  • Negotiate settlements
  • Manage foreclosure and collections cases

Qualifications

  • Background in foreclosure litigation
  • Ability to provide legal advice and conduct thorough research
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active bar membership in the state of Florida
  • Ability to work on-site in Boca Raton, FL
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in collections / foreclosure law is preferred
