We are expanding into the DFW industrial market-and we're looking for a Director of Acquisitions, DFW Market Lead to take the reins, build the market, and help lay the foundation for something big.

This role offers a base salary of $150,000, plus three performance-based bonus opportunities tied to both quarterly profitability and long-term investment performance :
Quarterly Profit Bonus : Earned based on your market's profitabilityCarried Interest Pool Bonus : Share in company-wide carried interestDirect Carried Interest Bonus : Direct upside on deals you source, aligned with long-term investment successRamp-up support : Guaranteed minimums are in place for the first two years to provide income stability as you build your market.
