Culinary Manager, North Port

A Culinary Manager will be responsible for aspects of food service operations, including the Tiki Bar, Clubhouse meals and Spring Training Catering. Reports directly to the Food & Beverage Director. Includes the overall organization, sanitation, and stocking levels of hospitality venues. Duties include, but are not limited to :

• Creates and develop applicable special event and group area menus, beverage lists and prices.
• Responsible for working with the Food & Beverage Director to purchase products to fill requests; ensure accurate quantities of food and beverages are ordered as specified by the menu created.
• Helps maintain systems and procedures for the ordering, receiving, storing, preparing and serving of food and related products, as well as ensuring working condition of all food service equipment.
• In tandem with the Food & Beverage Manager; hiring, training, scheduling and directing production cooks, in addition to overseeing non-profit groups
• Produces catering for all special events, clubhouse, Spring Training hospitality areas.
• Investigate food quality and service complaints.
• Other related duties as required.
