Competitive salary range : $90,000 - $110,000

Overview of the Senior Accountant Role :

Manage general ledger accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close activities

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP

Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to help drive informed business decisions

Assist with audits by preparing schedules, documentation, and responding to auditor requests

Help develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and process improvements

Collaborate closely with the Controller and leadership team on financial strategy and reporting

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff as needed

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

4+ years of progressive accounting experience

Solid understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel
