A company is looking for a Database Engineer II to support Navy operations by managing enterprise-level databases.
Key Responsibilities
Install, upgrade, configure, and maintain Oracle databases, including 19c Multitenant architecture
Perform database performance tuning, query optimization, and proactive maintenance
Collaborate with application teams to resolve database-related issues and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
4+ years of experience in database administration and engineering
Experience with Oracle 19c or similar enterprise-level databases
Proficiency in SQL, PL / SQL, and database scripting
Active Secret Clearance required
