The Peyton Company Great Clips in Oakdale is seeking a driven and experienced Salon Manager to lead our team and achieve salon success. We offer a supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth, including leadership and trend training, and a consistent flow of walk-in clientele.
Job Summary :
The Salon Manager will oversee all aspects of salon operations, lead and develop the team, and ensure exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for cultivating a positive work environment and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all daily salon operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company standards.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of stylists.
- Implement and maintain exceptional customer service standards, ensuring consistent delivery of the 5 Steps to Customer Care.
- Drive salon growth through effective team management, marketing initiatives, and operational efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and retain talented stylists, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, scheduling, and other administrative tasks.
- Utilize salon computer systems to track customer information and generate reports.
- Ensure a safe and compliant salon environment.
