Industrial Painter / Blaster

Pay : $17-20 / hr. Hours : 6AM-4 : 30PM (Will be switching to nights in the fall) and receive $3 Shift differential

Job Type : Temp-Hire $150 sign on bonus paid out for the first 3 weeks as a temp through Abundant Solutions additional $150 Referral Bonus per person referred that meets 80 hours worked

Location : Broken Arrow, Oklahoma

What You Will Be Doing :

As an Industrial Painter / Blaster, you will operate cleaning equipment and prepare equipment for painting. Daily duties include :

• Mix and apply various types of paint systems to meet customer and company specifications.
• Operate sandblast equipment and perform masking and feathering of old paint in preparation for new applications.
• Conduct Dry Film Thickness (DFT) readings, Psychrometer readings, and Surface Temperature readings to ensure compliance with HSSE guidelines.
• Frequently operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and scissor lifts.
• Be flexible to work in other departments as needed.
