Position responsible for direction, management, development and organization of the Medical Staff Services Department. This position manages and directs the Medical Staff Assistant. The position provides administrative support to the organized Medical Staff, officers of the Medical Staff and Administration of Memorial Hermann. This is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite and 2 days work from home.

Minimum Qualifications

Education : Associates Degree in Medical Staff Services or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Licenses / Certifications : (None)

Experience / Knowledge / Skills :

• Three (3) years in a Medical Staff office with progressive responsibilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills and effective meeting management skills
• Proficient in the use of multiple software programs including but not limited to : MS Office and desk top publishing
