Responsibilities
The New Vehicle Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff.
Ensure sales goals are attained
Sales Staff Recruiting, Training and Development
Manage daily activity of the sales staff
Ensure sales people are engaging with customers
Track ad sourcing
Qualifications
We are searching for a true leader with the ability to train and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed objectives.
2-3 years dealership sales management experience required
Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI
Strong communication and customer engagement skills
Superior auto sales and sales management experience
Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug free workplace.
