The Sales Coordinator is a hands-on role for someone who is ready to make a direct impact with their team.
Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. Our current growth has created an immediate need for a Sales Coordinator to support and develop our in-home sales. This position is a full-time entry level position.
Responsibilities
Cultivate the in-home sales team to exceed performance goalsUnderstand, teach and manage our selling methodRetrieving paperwork submitted by each consultantCommunicate daily via email, texts and responding to VMsCoordinate team efforts and ensure smooth daily operationsReview contracts and designs daily, and assure that billing is correctPosting paymentsMaking sure the contract has all required informationTaking customer calls and scheduling installsProcessing ALL paperwork related to the sales teamRequirements
Strong commitment to following a proven, successful sales modelHighly organized and motivated with excellent communication skillsComfortable using Windows Office Suite (Excel knowledge is a plus)Retail or consumer sales background a strong plusA positive, achievement-focused attitude with leadership driveRotating SaturdaysBenefits
Listed pay of $15.00hr - $17.00hr + bonuses.Direct track to become a Sales Manager with a pay increase.Paid holidays and paid time off.Health and retirement benefits.
