As an Admin Asst / Office Manager, you would be asked to assist the business owners and all customers by handling office tasks, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and e-mail, and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Perform fundamental daily administrative tasks including bookkeepingManage Accounts Payable / Accounts ReceivableCoordinate crew and job schedulingPerform detailed and accurate data entry for job filesManage subcontractor certifications, insurance and other documentationComplete application process for Preferred Vendor ProgramsEstablish and maintain processes to ensure Key Performance Metrics meet franchise goalsEnsure employment files and records accuracyMonitor local / state / federal compliance and training completionAssist other departments, as neededPosition Requirements
High school diploma / Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred3+ years experience in Microsoft Office and Quickbooks or equivalentOutstanding written and verbal communication skills with courteous and professional voiceAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsStrong organizational skills and planning capabilities with the ability to multi-taskAbility to quickly learn new software and proprietary softwareXactimate certifications preferredMust be able to pass background check and drug testSelf-motivated and goal orientedEach SERVPRO Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
