A company is looking for a Senior Director of Value-Based Care, VBC - Data and Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
Lead quantitative research and analysis to provide actionable recommendations for VBC contracted providers
Develop and implement KPI programs to drive organizational performance and provider incentives
Support the evolution of the VBC enablement model and conduct impact analyses for clinical innovation
Required Qualifications
Graduate degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of leadership experience with a focus on managing people
10+ years of professional experience in strategic planning, transformation, and analytics leadership
Broad understanding of value-based care performance and operations
Proven ability to drive change and communicate effectively in a matrixed environment
