As part of this exciting journey, were looking for a Warehouse Supply Coordinator to join our team. This role is key to keeping our projects moving forward by ensuring materials, equipment, and inventory are exactly where they need to be.

What Youll Do

Oversee shipping workflows and warehouse operations.

Manage the daily shipping and receiving schedule.

Review, track, and file orders, invoices, and productivity reports.

Organize, categorize, and track inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Support the operations team with order fulfillment and quality control.

Use warehouse management systems to maintain inventory controls.

Safely move inventory with forklifts and pallet jacks.

Conduct periodic inventory checks and resolve discrepancies.

Handle sourcing, purchasing, and replenishment of products.

Follow company procedures while escalating issues when necessary.
