Mon-Fri, 40-Hours Benefits : Medical, Dental, & 401k Overview : We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Territory Manager (Customer Service) to join our nationwide window and door service company.
The successful candidate will be responsible for a territory of states and coordinating between Independent Contractors, Homeowners, and Manufacturers to schedule and complete warranty field service work for the manufacturers we support.
This role requires strong communication skills, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and a customer- focused mindset.
Responsibilities :
Coordinate and oversee the field service process for window and door inspections, repairs and replacements.
Coordinate between Homeowners and Independent Contractors to schedule and complete field service workorders promptly and efficiently.
Serve as the main point of contact for Independent Contractors, providing clear instructions and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise. Communicate with manufacturers to ensure compliance with service guidelines and obtain necessary approvals for field service work.
Collaborate with the Customer Service team to address customer inquiries and resolve any service-related concerns.
Monitor and analyze service data to identify trends and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Assist with training and onboarding of Independent Contractors on service procedures and requirements.
Stay updated on manufacturers' warranty policies and procedures, proactively communicating any changes or updates to the appropriate stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between the manufacturers, Independent Contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and completion of field service work.
Requirements :
Knowledge of window and door products and repair processes is a major plus but not required.
High school diploma or equivalent qualification; additional certification in customer service or related field is a plus.
Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative, Claims Coordinator, or Warranty Service Coordinator or similar role.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong verbal and email communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with contractors, manufacturers, homeowners, and internal teams.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues promptly and satisfactorily.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both external contractors and internal teams.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively resolve conflicts and issues that may arise during the field service process.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

When received, they are entered into our field service software platform and dispatched to the appropriate technician in that city / state.
Your role, as the Territory Manager, is to oversee the entire field service process as described above in the Responsibilities section.
While not required, a base knowledge in, or experience with, windows and / or exterior doors is a major plus to the success of this role.
