Quality Assurance Analyst

A company is looking for an Insurance Verification Analyst (Q / A).

Key Responsibilities :

Completes quality audits to ensure high-quality work from RCM employees

Evaluates data quality and reconciles multiple data sources for actionable reporting

Participates in documenting workflows and assists in establishing new policies and procedures

Required Qualifications :

Three plus (3+) years of experience in RCM management within a healthcare-related industry

Understanding of Revenue Cycle Processes and their impact on A / R and cash results

Ability to analyze data and develop training content

Experience in leading projects and managing staff to achieve goals

Proficiency in computer skills and knowledge of computerized billing systems
