The Legal Registry has a client who has an immediate & indefinite in length need for a Temporary / Contract Paralegal with experience in the process of Subpoenas Duces Tecum. The firm is located in St. Petersburg. Duties will include drafting, issuing, tracking, following up and processing documents provided in response to Subpoenas. Candidates must be organized and have a litigation background. Hourly pay rate will be based on the level of experience.
