• And much more!\n\nYour Role : \n\nAs a Registered Nurse in the Cardiopulmonary unit, you will play a critical role in providing direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. Your responsibilities will include : \n
• Implementing care plans, administering medications, and providing clinical treatments.\n
• Documenting provided patient care effectively.\n
• Monitoring and communicating patient conditions proactively to the healthcare team.\n
• Assisting with daily living activities to enhance patient comfort and independence.\n
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.\n
• Assessing educational needs and providing appropriate patient / family education.\n
• Advocating for the physical and emotional well-being of each patient.\n\nRequired Skills : \n
• Strong critical thinking abilities\n
• Decisive judgment skills with the ability to work independently\n
• Capability to perform effectively in high-stress situations\n\nMinimum Qualifications : \n\nEducation : \n
• Associate's degree required\n
• Bachelor's degree preferred\n\nCertifications : \n
• Basic Life Support (BLS)\n
