- And much more!\n\nYour Role : \n\nAs a Registered Nurse in the Cardiopulmonary unit, you will play a critical role in providing direct patient care utilizing the nursing process. Your responsibilities will include : \n
- Implementing care plans, administering medications, and providing clinical treatments.\n
- Documenting provided patient care effectively.\n
- Monitoring and communicating patient conditions proactively to the healthcare team.\n
- Assisting with daily living activities to enhance patient comfort and independence.\n
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.\n
- Assessing educational needs and providing appropriate patient / family education.\n
- Advocating for the physical and emotional well-being of each patient.\n\nRequired Skills : \n
