Your responsibilities will include : \n
• Implementing and monitoring care plans, including medication administration and clinical treatments.\n
• Documenting all aspects of patient care accurately.\n
• Monitoring and communicating patient conditions to the healthcare team and family members.\n
• Assisting patients with daily living activities to ensure their comfort and dignity.\n
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient care transitions.\n
• Providing education to patients and their families tailored to their needs.\n
• Acting as an advocate for the emotional and physical well-being of patients.\n\nRequired Skills : \n
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities.\n
• Ability to work independently and in high-stress situations.\n
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nMinimum Qualifications : \n
• Associate's degree in Nursing (required); Bachelor's degree (preferred).\n
• Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).\n
