Key Responsibilities
Define the vision and roadmap for marketing analytics and operations in collaboration with senior leaders
Drive budgeting and ROI analysis to connect marketing investments to revenue impact
Own the marketing technology stack and optimize the end-to-end lead management process
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related quantitative field
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science)
Deep expertise in advanced measurement methodologies, including MMM and MTA
Proven ability to manage a modern marketing tech stack, including CDPs and CRM platforms
Expert-level proficiency in SQL and experience with visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI
