Regional Sales Manager (Business Development)

REPORTS TO : National Sales Manager
FLSA : Exempt
HOURS : Full-time Monday - Friday 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
REMOTE with regular travel throughout Mississippi, Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama
Position Summary
Lo-Chlor® LLC, the pool industry’s fastest-growing manufacturer of specialty chemical water treatment products, is looking for a dynamic go-getter to join our sales team and grow our business. This is an opportunity to join a first-class organization producing the best differentiated product line in the pool industry.
Territory : Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia
Key Responsibilities :
- Grow sales within the existing dealer network of service companies, retail stores, and pool builders
- New business acquisition throughout the assigned territory
- Effectively present product knowledge and programs
- Analyze monthly reports to identify revenue opportunities / challenges with accounts
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts
- Communicate accounts’ needs effectively to distribution partners and reporting manager
- Continuously improve product knowledge and keep abreast of industry trends and practices.
- Attend networking, trade shows, and other industry events
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Other Requirements :
At least three (3) years’ successful outside sales experience4-year degree preferredExperience selling technical products is a plusReside within the assigned territoryPositive, enthusiastic, and flexible attitudeTeam-player mentalityStrong communication skillsFrequent travel required (about 50% overnight)Organized and detail orientedStrong commitment to the Team Horner Value SystemCompensation & Benefits :
