Compensation Analyst

Support the company's annual compensation processes, providing reporting and analysis on pay programs and establishing and monitoring processes that support these programs.

Essential Job Duties

• Assist in designing, implementing, and administering innovative compensation programs and policies. This may include base pay programs, short and long-term incentives, and reward and recognition programs.
• Provide support for salary survey participation and analysis.
• Assist in merit, pay, and bonus, CEO Pay Ratio, Minimum Wage Reviews, and other initiatives.
• Review and approve job descriptions and maintain an active job code list across various systems.
• Conduct job evaluations, determine FLSA status, apply appropriate market data, document findings, and recommend appropriate job information.
• Serve as an internal resource to the HR team, recruiters, and managers regarding compensation program / policy administration.
• Provide counsel to HR and management regarding compensation actions for employees.
• Analyze and audit compliance with government regulations and company policies.
• Work with HRIS and other stakeholders to audit and verify compensation data.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and operational manuals.
• Research processes and practices for improvements or efficiencies to implement; accumulate and analyze data, document findings, and present recommendations.
• Keep abreast of new and emerging compensation trends, creative solutions, and legislative changes.
• May be responsible for executive compensation process, system administration, and reporting.
• Assumes other duties as assigned.
