This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week.

Job Summary :

The Risk Management & Insurance function at Trane Technologies is doing its part in helping the company continue along its path of providing innovative solutions to mitigate and / or transfer risk to protect the corporation's physical and financial assets. The Senior Manager - Risk Management & Insurance has responsibility for directing the Corporation's insurance programs from risk assessment through program implementation and monitoring of effectiveness. The Risk Management & Insurance function is a key resource in advising Trane Technologies business management on the identification and management of risk exposures. As such, the Senior Manager - Risk Management & Insurance must develop strong internal and external relationships to be effective.

Compensation :

Base Pay Range : $154,100-194,500

Total compensation for this role will include a commission / incentive plan. Disclaimer : This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
