We are offering a great opportunity for a full time Transitional Program Supervisor .

Responsibilities

Provides clinical administration, clinical oversight and direct supervision to the Mental Health Skill Building (MHSB) staff / program and Residential Specialists at Ellis Square Supervised Living Program, in Dinwiddie, VA.  Ensure compliance and quality of services in implementation and on-going programming for Transitional Housing for individuals being discharged from state facilities per agreement with DBHDS.

Requirements

M1 :   Master’s degree in Behavioral Health, Human Services, or related field.

M2 :   Licensed Eligible as a mental health professional (LPC / LCSW / LMFT / LMHP or LCP) with the Board of Health Professionals in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

M3 :   One (1) years position related experience in the supervision and administration of mental health services to adults with serious mental illness.

M3 :   Valid Driver’s License with a point balance of -6 or higher.

Preferred

P1 :    Licensed as a mental health professional (LPC / LCSW / LMFT / LMHP or LCP) with the Board of Health Professionals in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

P2 :   Three (3) years position related experience in the supervision and administration of mental health services to adults with serious mental illness.

P3 :   Certified Pre-screener.

Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry report will be required upon selection.  Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.

Annual Salary Range

Grade S-C12

$72,824.00 - $84,961.00

$5,000 Sign on Bonus
