Our client is seeking a Sales Support Representative to support a top-performing Business Development Manager. This role involves managing administrative tasks, communicating with customers and vendors, and ensuring smooth processing of vehicle and equipment financing paperwork. It's a great opportunity for someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow into a sales or business development role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Business Development Managers by processing paperwork, following vehicle titles, and managing leasing documentation
• Serve as the main point of contact for existing customers to ensure accurate and timely communication
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to move deals through completion
• Maintain accurate records in ZOHO CRM and Microsoft Excel
• Write professional emails and provide updates to customers
• Observe and learn sales processes directly from top-performing team members
