Quality Manager

Seeking a hands-on Quality Manager with a mechanical engineering background and experience in welding, hydraulics, cylinders, and prototype work. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the floor, solving problems, and improving processes in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee all quality control and assurance functions across production and assembly areas
• Inspect and verify components, welds, and hydraulic assemblies for accuracy and compliance
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions to resolve product or process issues
• Work closely with engineering on prototypes and new product development to ensure design intent and manufacturability
• Maintain and improve the company's quality management systems and documentation
• Develop and implement inspection plans, testing procedures, and quality standards
• Support audits, certifications, and customer quality requirements
• Train and guide employees on quality procedures and continuous improvement practices
• Communicate quality performance metrics and drive process improvements across departments
