Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and resolve customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
Process billing requests, manual premium payments, and service requests
Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up on missing items or funds
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service
Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience preferred
Experience in the insurance industry or call center environment
Associate's degree in business or related field
Fluency in Spanish is a plus
