Job Summary
The Inside Sales Administrator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the client contract renewal process to help ensure strong client retention and consistent annual recurring revenue (ARR). This administrative role involves preparing vendor quotes, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting efforts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
Success in this role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple administrative processes that contribute to a smooth and timely renewal experience for clients.
