Gilbane is seeking a Senior Project Executive to lead multiple project teams simultaneously, guiding the overall direction, completion, and financial outcome of complex construction projects. This role will sit primarily on the job site, with occasional travel to the office for trainings, meetings, etc.

Responsibilities include : assuming overall accountability for jobsite safety, meeting contract requirements, verifying project financial forecast, ensuring team creates a project-specific quality plan, ensuring a team creates a closeout plan, providing leadership in motivating the project team, directing and supervising work of project administration, project superintendents, and engineers, assuming overall accountability of subcontracting strategy, negotiating all aspects of contracts, ensuring project compliance with the insurance and bonds, managing the design phase of a GMP or design build project, overseeing schedule planning and execution of multiple projects, developing a comprehensive understanding of the local market areas, partnering with business development, responsible for the career development and coaching of team members, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, interpreting and translating the organizational strategy.

Qualifications include : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management, 15+ years of experience leading projects 50-100M+ in size, strong technical and communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, leadership and management skills, knowledge of industry standard software Microsoft Office.
