Program Manager

A company is looking for a Program Manager who is passionate about making learning accessible and effective for everyone.

Key Responsibilities :

Drive the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives, managing risks and ensuring alignment with business goals

Nurture high-performing agile development teams through coaching and mentorship while balancing delivery with team well-being

Collaborate with various teams to define program objectives, create roadmaps, and foster productive working relationships

Required Qualifications :

7+ years of experience in program management, with a focus on project planning, monitoring, and risk management

3-5+ years of experience in enterprise environments and 1+ years in a scrum master role or coaching agile teams

Proficient in agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence

Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communication, or a related field

Strong technical understanding of software development processes and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value
