This team designs a variety of structures that are temporary (concert stage roofs, mobile roofs, scaffold structures, outdoor event structures, aluminum truss structures) and permanent (theater rigging design, theme park structures, venue certification, bleacher design + inspection, entertainment venues).

Responsibilities
- Design and detail efficient structures that are code compliant, accurate and of high quality
- Act as the Project Manager or Project Engineer on multiple projects that vary in size and complexity, with a focus on live events, theming, and other entertainment projects
- Develop strong client relationships and engage in business development practices to leverage those partnerships for ongoing project work
- Manage project cost through effective planning and prioritization
Qualifications
6+ years of structural engineering experience, demonstrating growth in project management experience; theme park and live event project experience is preferredBS in engineering, MS preferredBIM (Revit) experience a plusProven ability to manage successful project teamsStrong client relationship experience and the ability to manage complex projectsPE or SE licenseAbility to travel for site visitsBenefits

This work is typically done within an office environment or home office with occasional field work at project and construction sites. When field assignments are required, the working conditions and physical requirements for field staff apply.
