Oliver Inc. is looking for an experienced, committed and passionate Die Cutting Operator to join our great team. The ideal candidate will have general knowledge of printing and operated as a die cutting pressman. The person will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, monitoring, and operating a die cutting machine : dismantle previous job, log impressions on saved jobs with date, press and chase number, or dispose of dies as marked, pull samples and glue set to check for accuracy, according to the specifications. The Die Cutting Operator will focus on continuously checking for accuracy and quality, monitor the machine, and correct problems. The person will be responsible for the quality of the die cutting of finished products.

About the Role :

In this opportunity as a Die Cutting Operator , you will :

• Adjusts and operates die cutting machine preparing all processes required (ex. Stripping, blanking).
• Maintains and performs minor repairs on equipment.
• Ensures total quality of the job while in operation.
• Works in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates teamwork spirit.
• Performs preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment.
• Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner.
