The Excalibur Group is currently seeking a Senior Operations Analyst for a local contract in Washington, DC.

- DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Leads a team in reviewing and transforming policies and operating procedures, developing and implementing innovative processes to enhance operations.
Direct reviews of policies, procedures, and operating frameworks to streamline operations and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
Champions change management initiatives across organizational divisions.
Oversee data analysis and reporting to provide senior leadership with actionable insights for decision-making.
Holds overall responsibility for evaluating the effectiveness of new processes, ensuring they align with strategic goals.
REQUIREMENTS Education :
Bachelor’s degree If you do not have a Bachelor's degree, the following may be substituted : High school diploma plus four (4) years of relevant experience Associate degree plus two (2) years of relevant experience Professional certification may be substituted for an additional year of relevant experience.Ten (10) years of relevant experience.Proven leadership experience managing teams, projects, and cross-functional initiatives.Advanced proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and operational performance measurement.Experience in emergency management, homeland security, public safety, or related field preferred.PAY $75 / hour HOW TO APPLY :
