Familiarity with order lifecycles, basic inventory concepts, and document handling. High integrity, urgency, and ability to juggle competing priorities independently. Exposure to QuickBooks or an ERP / WMS. Basic reporting / KPI experience. Vendor or customer-facing coordination experience.
This position job description for the position of Operations Coordinator based in our Northville office (on-site). The role provides cross-functional support to Operations, Logistics, Finance, Sales, and QA to keep daily workflows tight and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities to support business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and update data across our systems (POs, shipments, inventory, vendor / customer details).
- Prepare routine reports and documentation (status, variance, KPI snapshots).
- Drive crisp cross-department communication and follow-ups.
- Assist with process improvements and SOP documentation to increase efficiency.
- Track inventory, orders, and shipments as needed; escalate exceptions.
