Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate will have computer, attention to detail and accounting skills which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title : Accounts Receivable Clerk Location : Pharr, TX Pay Range : $13.00 hourly What's the Job? Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable Creates invoices according to company practices Submits invoices to customers Maintains customer files Other duties as assigned QuickBooks online What's Needed? Attention to detail Computer skills Pass compliance items Customer service Minimum 2 years experience in accounting field Experience with Quickbooks online What's in it for me?
