A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with healthcare providers and employers to create and implement treatment plans for injured / disabled individuals
Assess recovery progress and modify case goals based on treatment effectiveness
Independently manage caseloads, prioritizing cases and completing necessary documentation
Required Qualifications
Education : Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
Experience : 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation
Licensure : Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
Certifications : URAC-recognized certification in case management (e.g., CCM, CDMS, CRC)
Internet : Must have reliable internet access
