A company is looking for a Client Relationship Manager in the Power sector.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as primary client relationship manager and advocate, focusing on revenue growth
Create and implement engagement plans for clients to enhance product use and identify business opportunities
Lead contracting, renewals, and onboarding processes while pursuing cross-selling and up-selling opportunities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, engineering, or energy studies; MBA preferred
2-3 years of experience in wholesale demand response or utility curtailment programs
Experience in power trading / scheduling and client management in wholesale power markets
Knowledge of renewables, battery storage, and natural gas resources is a plus
Passion for customer success management in the electricity sector
