OverviewS2|DATA’s Digital Forensics team is growing fast, and we’re looking for an Atlanta-based professional who thrives at the intersection of technology, law, and client service.
If you’re a paralegal or litigation support professional who loves working on complex matters but is ready to step away from the billable-hour grind, this role offers the best of both worlds, staying close to the cases that matter while helping drive outcomes that make a difference.
You’ll coordinate multiple ongoing matters, manage client communication, and ensure our forensic experts have the structure and information they need to deliver excellence at every stage. This is a client-facing, highly visible, and fast-paced role within a collaborative and rapidly growing team.
- Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact for active forensic and eDiscovery projects, providing clear, timely, and confident communication.
- Run daily Digital Forensic Stand-Up calls.
- Serve as the operational bridge between Sales, Forensics, and eDiscovery, coordinating project launches from SOW execution through delivery and closure. Maintain clear communication, document continuity, and flawless handoffs to ensure every engagement advances efficiently and transparently.
- Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and priorities across attorneys, clients, and technical teams.
- Track milestones and reporting in Jira or similar project management tools.
- Translate technical details into accessible, professional client updates.
- Facilitate meetings, document next steps, and ensure follow-through to completion.
- Support device intake, chain-of-custody tracking, and secure vault coordination.
- Partner with leadership to refine operational workflows and deliver what we call “precision partnership” service that anticipates needs before they’re spoken.
- Oversee internal timekeeping accuracy for active matters, collaborating with forensic examiners and analysts to ensure all billable work is properly captured so monthly invoicing runs like clockwork.
- Qualifications
- Exceptional organizational, administrative, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong client-facing presence; able to build trust and maintain professionalism in sensitive or fast-moving matters.
- Background as a paralegal, litigation project coordinator, or legal operations professional preferred.
- Familiarity with digital forensics, eDiscovery, or information governance is a plus.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Jira (or comparable tools), and Teams / for collaboration.
- Must be based in Atlanta, GA, this is an on-site position.
