  • Represent clients in transportation and logistics litigation matters
  • Manage cases from initiation through resolution or trial
  • Draft legal memoranda, pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Conduct detailed legal research and prepare case strategy
  • Advise and collaborate with clients in the transportation industry
  • Participate in trial preparation and court appearances
  • Utilize legal technology and case management systems for efficient workflow

Requirements

  • Admission to the Florida State Bar and in good standing
  • Extensive litigation experience, including trial preparation
