Responsibilities :
Recruiting, training, and developing your team on brand, product, and service.Customer Service : collaborate with your team on plans to exceed daily sales goals and ensure a unique and inclusive customer experience.Building the Brand : educate customers and staff on our brand values and articulate our positions on ethical beauty.Product Passion : increase depth of product knowledge and make informed recommendations.Driving Sales : develop and execute business plans aligned with business strategy to achieve sales goals.Leadership Practices and Staff Development : coach and develop team, create development plans, provide constructive feedback.Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging : maintain a diverse team and create an inclusive environment.Engagement and Performance : create action plans to improve staff engagement, demonstrate empathy.Recruitment and Selection : form teams with appropriate and diverse mix and demonstrate equal employment opportunity practices.Operational Excellence :
Policies and Procedures : prioritize shop compliance and ensure training.Stock and Inventory : manage ordering and inventory reporting tools.Visuals and Merchandising : create merchandising plans and train team.Scheduling, Time, and Attendance : schedule staff with right skill levels and record breaks and meals.Qualifications :
3-5 years managing in a retail environment.Strong HR skills in hiring, scheduling, training, conflict resolution and performance management.Excellent listening and communication skills.Excellent analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.Excellent organization and time management skills.Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the shop including holidays, evenings, and weekends.Preferred :
