Key Responsibilities
Manages and oversees performance of vendors and adjuster staff
Oversees the negotiation of complex claim settlements and resolution of customer conflicts
Analyzes unit reports to support business objectives and reviews employee work quality
Required Qualifications
5 or more years of experience in claims adjusting (preferred)
Experience in managing teams and performance evaluations
Ability to handle complex arbitration and negotiation processes
Proven track record of achieving business objectives
Experience in providing exceptional customer service
