job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk of a manufacturing and industrial location. Monitor access to the facility by greeting visitors, verifying credentials, and maintaining visitor logs. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Assist with emergency response activities as appropriate for the site. Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and / or contractors to address inquiries and provide assistance. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel or management. Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and / or disruptive behavior. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Have at least 6 months of security-related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
