Product Development Senior Advisor - Hybrid - MyMatrixx (Finance)

The Product Development Senior Advisor drives the development and lifecycle of a product or service, taking it from problem statement to desired outcome.

• Key Functions
• Develop or manage a pipeline of product opportunities and plan their implementation aligned with overall company objectives.
• Drive and support end-to-end product development, revamp, and implementation.
• Coordinate cross-department collaboration to ensure timely and satisfactory product launches.
• Support post-launch monitoring, maintenance, and initiatives for a specified timeframe.
• Prepare and review product materials, including business requirements, approval documents, project plans, training and sales materials, and communication.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on market and product trends related to assigned initiatives.
• Present research findings to stakeholders and leadership to align on problem statements and go / no-go decisions, including market analysis, risks, ROI, and solutions.
• Support ad hoc product projects, including end-to-end implementation and approval processes.
